Processing and shipping:

• All our Faith apparel is made to order, please allow 3-7 days for processing time
• During peak seasons or special promotions processing times may extend slightly,but we will keep you updated.
• We offer standard shipping: 2-4 Business days.

Returns & Exchanges

• Tie-Dye Items & Sale Items: All tie-dye items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Faith Apparel (Sweatshirts & Hoodies): These are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. Please refer to the size chart before purchasing.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items.

•Shipping cost is non-refundable, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is missing, please contact us, and we will assist where possible.
